COMMUNITY

Through community events, I’m able to educate about and share my experiences playing the Steelpan. Sharing with people from various age groups, cultures, and with different talents is important to me. I’m also privileged to learn about different ways of experiencing life, issues in various communities, and ways to combat these issues.

Whether it’s performing for the local youth community centre, a university cultural variety show, or performing in a seniors’ residence, the opportunity to educate, inspire, or alleviate pain for even one person through my performance is a blessing. For that reason, whenever called upon, I feel a strong duty to perform at these events.

PRIVATE & CORPORATE

For a solo performer like myself, building RELATIONSHIPS IS KEY! Over time I have met countless people, some of which have hired me for future events, others have hired me for repeat for business, and I always meet someone willing to refer me to a friend. I am very thankful for the relationships I have been able to maintain.

I’ve performed at the usual private venues where one would expect music to be featured as entertainment. However, I’ve also performed for some eyebrow-raising gigs. Some of these include a barbershop gig, a technology conference, and even a burlesque show! I always say that I will perform anywhere music is needed and when I say anywhere, I really mean ANYWHERE!

WEDDINGS

I LOVE performing at weddings! I am always humbled when I’m asked to perform and share my talents on the day that two families come together to celebrate a beautiful union. I am honoured to provide live entertainment and to be a part of YOUR special day!

My main focus is to give you an experience that you and your guests will not soon forget! From the time we make contact, throughout the planning stages, and certainly on the BIG DAY, I am at your service! That means if you have specific themes, genres, or song requests, let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements!
